Rebuilding Neipoweier's 5 acres of independent living park into a full-service life planning community. King's Hot Springs is a new 94,000 square foot health and rehabilitation center with 124 new homes, of which 48 are engaged in short-term rehabilitation, 48 are engaged in skilled care, and 28 are used for auxiliary life memory support.

Equipment memory care, skilled care, short-term rehabilitation care, and independent living quarters for elderly people in need are now available. Designed specifically for "people", the area and public space centered on "household type center" and arranged apartments around various public places to start and feel safe. Each floor of the spring has two different families. Each family is designed to facilitate the households to be in an open, intimate scale catering, living, and activity space. Steps combine skilled care and assisted living components.

The new 14,000 square foot center is a single story, Gaorong building main hall, administrative office, a new production kitchen, cafe, multi-functional room, physiotherapy suite, hydro/salon, and a variety of mechanical, loading and service functions.
